I saw a great spec, low mileage Toyota IQ on the Armstrong site but owing to family issues didn't have the time to go the nearly 200 miles from my home to view the car. I rang and spoke to Luke, who answered my many questions about the car and even sent me a video showing the particular points I'd asked about. Luke drove the car all the way to me, it was exactly as described and Luke was honest, personable, extremely knowledgeable on all aspects and nothing like the proverbial pushy car salesman. The transaction went ahead quickly with no problems. This company is head and shoulders above any other car dealers I have dealt with before; I cannot recommend Armstrong highly enough and wish them every success for the future. I would not hesitate to buy from them again.

I have just bought a Skoda Yeti from Armstrong. From my first telephone call they have been a real pleasure to deal with. I spoke with Luke, who was clear in his explanation of the vehicle and very accommodating with regards to my proposed purchase. There was no pressure, which had been my experience with car sales people in my recent search. I had the pleasure of meeting Luke's father Neil, who like his son is a perfect gentleman. I can highly recommend this family run business. If I lived closer to their workshop I would have no hesitation in having the Yeti looked after by them. Having just bought a car from Armstrong I wish to place on record my utter delight with my purchase. The garage was almost 70 miles from my home and a little cramped for space but had a homely feeling and all the equipment needed. I met Luke and his brother Matthew, who I found to be genuine young people. There was no pressure to buy, all the cars were valeted, serviced and had a full MOT. My car was delivered to my home, where I also had the chance to meet Neil (their father) who started the business some 45 years ago. I would highly recommend the company for their service and low mileage cars.

I purchased a Citroen C5 from you in March. I would like to thank you for the professional way the car was prepared and sold, all without a hitch. I have covered 7000 trouble free miles since purchase and am still amazed at the condition of the car. There is not a mark on it inside or out. Bearing in mind the car is ten years old, even the keys are unmarked!
